This isn’t part of the Alphabet Food challenge, but I thought I’d add this anyway.
We cooked up one of my favourite Chinese-style meals: Sweet and Sour Chicken (http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Sweet-and-Sour-Chicken-I/Detail.aspx)
A note of warning about this recipe though: the measurements are quite inconsistent. The listings you get are different to what’s described in the steps.
Also, this is a very large meal, and we’ve tried to halve the quantities with dismal results. Ideally, you’d want to make this for a large group of people, or be prepared for plenty of left-overs.
