These were really nice! As someone suggested in the comments, we made enchilada sauce, and in this we used tomato paste instead of sauce.
I was concerned that 7 grams of chili powder was going to make it extremely hot, but it turned out just right. Spicy, but not unbearable.
This meal would be perfect with some sour cream on the side, and some kind of tomato-based salad.
