The ‘G’ recipe is Garlic and Rosemary Lamb.
We used lamb rump rather than lamp chops, and we fried them instead of grilling them (a lack of a griller being the reason, plus I don’t think that baking them gets the same results).
We used a medium sized lime, and the result was a very lime-flavoured meal. Probably too much lime I’d say. In future, I’d suggest that for two people, all you need is a small lime.
Also, dijon mustard makes for a pretty nice alteration too.
