Project WolverineBroadcasting LIVE from the orbiting command centre

The financial meltdown has left me with a bunch of (as yet unanswered) questions.  Like for instance:

  • Why are CEO’s not being prosecuted for fraud?
  • Why does ANYONE continue to listen to pundits on TV?

Jon Stewart entered into a ‘feud’ with CNBC about their reporting and their recommendations up to the last minute concerning the sharemarket.

Jim Cramer (from Mad Money fame) ended up on the show, after a week of public commentary – the episodes leading up to this are worth watching.

I think that Cramer left this episode looking quite chastened, and with a bit of luck, perhaps we’ll see some actual objective reporting from here on, instead of regurgitating whatever the press releases contain.

Hopefully this interview will be the start of a new direction in reporting (pleeeeeeease).
