There’s an interesting claim that if text is hard to read, then people assume that it’s hard to do.

From a content & design perspective, this means that if you’re trying to convince people to do something – sign up for something, install or do something, then the steps need to be clearly legible and in concise simple words.

Even if it’s not entirely simple, it’s about the perceived effort, and the font legibility is key to this.
