Project WolverineBroadcasting LIVE from the orbiting command centre

This was inspired by the article I read at Co.Design.  The article was pretty ordinary, but I think the title is entirely correct.

A great product is nice indeed, but it can easily be copied.  A unique differentiator are the services associated with the product.  This is especially important if your product has been commoditised, or your customers don’t perceive any difference between yourself and your competitors.

The challenge for businesses is to honestly confront the fact that their customers may not love their products as much as the business thinks they do, and to consider different services that could be provided.
