The letter ‘O’ has not produced many movies. ‘Over the Top’ is the worlds best arm wrestling movie, and ‘Office Space’ is funny, but we’ve seen it about a hundred times.
Luckily though, James Bond came to the rescue! Octopussy and On Her Majesty’s Secret Service.
Octopussy was ok, but a bit too slapstick for my liking. On Her Majesty’s Secret Service however was actually pretty good for a 1969 movie. George Lazenby was a solid Bond, and you can see some parallels with the new Daniel Craig version, where he goes back to a more rougher, less polished character.
So now we’re tempted to watch the rest of the James Bond series…
